考试大难临头记

终于大考完了！总算可以歇一歇气了... ...
一个学期就这样结束了。

这次是我第一次考试不知道怎样填答案。
想了老半天，想到在考场睡着了，到想不到题目问的是什么。
真是失水准！以为教授不出的题目却偏偏出现在考试纸里。

最可笑的题目（我竟然乱乱答）：

　　　6. List out 4 methods to control birth.

大家看见这题目一定很开心，避孕方法有谁不懂。
我却以为教授不会问这么简单的问题，
所以我只是专心读繁殖器官的功能和精子与卵子的制造过程。

我的答案是：
1. Oral conceptive is consumed for 21 days to control estrogen and progesterone hormone and inhibit ovulation. ---　哈哈，就连oral contraceptive 都写错。
2. External Barrier such as condom is used to control birth, to prevent sperm enter the female uterus.
3. Insert a spring-like plastic or copper material into uterus, to prevent implantation of zigot, although the ovum is fertilized. --- 我想说的是子宫环。
4. Calculate the date of ovulation, to prevent any intercourse during ovulation period.

真正的答案是：
1. Hormonal Methods - oral contraceptive which consist of synthetic estrogen and progestine to prevent development of dominant follicle, ovulation is not trigger.
2. Barrier Methods - prevent sperm from gaining access to the uterine cavity and uterus tubes, such as condom.
3. Interuterine Methods - small object made of plastic or stainless steel is inserted into the cavity of uterus, to prevent implantation.
4. Periodic Abstinence - helps to predict the day on which ovulation occur. 2 methods: Ryhthm methods and sympto-thermal methods.

真可笑。希望非洲教授(Mr. Patrick)能明白我想要表达的东西。
不然，他一定对我很失望。

剩下的那两课(Microbial Biotech & Moleculer Cell Biology)真的不堪设想。
尤其是 Microbial Biotech，我真的搞不清楚到底教授教的和考试考地是否一样。
我从左边读，在从右边读，都不明白 "Using the 3000 long nucleotides, determine the restriction maps" 的问题要的是什么答案。
回答的题目只有２分，不回答的题目却一题就占了１０分。

幸亏Internal Mark 有70-80%，不让我要重新读过。
希望考试能及格，不必重考。
